This week we get a little serious and talk about leaving an unhealthy relationship, loving ourselves, how to know when it's time to leave an abusive relationship and leaving. 

We are only discussing mental/verbal/emotional abuse (not physical or sexual). If you fear for your life or the lives of your family members please get help and/or find a safe place to go to. 

I'm not a relationship expert nor am I trying to tell you what to do with your life, I only want you to know that if you are in an abusive relationship, you don't deserve that, you don't deserve to live like that and it's up to you to live and create the life you want.
