November Full Moon in Gemini-Careful What You Wish For!

Oh!! There’s a full moon on the horizon and it comes the day after Thanksgiving (in US) on Friday November 23rd. This one is going to be a tricky one. Lots of crazy energies going on right now like Hell-O Mercury Retrograde!! Eep! There is so much wonkiness going on right now, especially our emotions. This is a perfect time to be careful what you wish for. You just might get it and it might not be exactly as you wanted.

Full Moon in Gemini

So let’s talk a wee bit about Geminis so you can understand the energy of this moon a bit better. Gemini is the sign of two personalities. Not like Jekyll and Hyde but close. Fun, feisty, communicative and full of ideas but there is a serious and somewhat negative side (we all have one) that can get restless, judgmental, and somewhat aloof.

So now you kind of have an idea what kind of energy to expect with this full moon.

But we’re also in Mercury Retrograde so hang on to your hats and be careful what you wish for. Mercury has an odd sense of humour. People tend to lose their patience and tempers during Merc Retro so that thing you wanted and got, might not be so great. Sense.of.humour.needed.here.

Careful what you wish for

We’re starting to feel a little restless now. Merc Retro, Gemini, Full moon, family dinner yesterday (those don’t always go well), the end of the year is now, goals haven’t been achieved yet. Yup. It’s gonna be chaotic and restless. The energy may very well be a little testy, angry if you will.

We may feel a little aggressive at this time. Remember energies this time of the month get a little weird. We are feeling like we need to hurry up and get things done, like achieving our goals, before the end of the year. You’ll need to slow down, think twice about your actions, and please watch your tongue now too. You also want to try to make choices and decisions with a clear head, not in a frantic state, amirite?

Communication rules

So keeping in mind that Geminis love to communicate this may, or may not, be a good time to reach out to Aunt Betty who you haven’t gotten along with in a while in hopes to reconcile. But remember, careful what you wish for. Aunt Betty might not be up for that. Don’t let it get to you. You tried.

This time may also bring about the need to change things or act spontaneously. Did you forget what planet is in Retro right now? Mer-curr-eee!!! You absolutely have to be careful here with acting in haste or not thinking something through thoroughly. Ask questions, communication is key here.

Is there any good here?

Of course it’s not all doom and gloom, though it appears so. You’ll find that you may have a bit more self confidence these days and if you are coming from a place of patience and love, things may manifest in your favour. Yay!!
