Who does not love the great Dalai Lama? I think out of all the quotes I read on the internet, Dalai Lama sayings have deep meanings for me. They are so powerful, thought-provoking and enlightening! I’m also a huge fan of Rumi and his quotes. Though I’m not a huge fan of poems, Rumi’s poems move me in ways that I’ve never been moved before!

If you take a few moments to really let the inspirational message of each encouraging quote you read, whether it be a love quote or self love quote, a happy one or a gratitude one, you can really feel the power of the meaning.

Sometimes life is hard, really hard. Trust me I get it. I’ve been there, way down on rock bottom and it’s not pretty. When I was there it was inspirational and motivational quotes that got me through some of my darkest moments.

I held on to those quotes and read them every chance I could.

I wrote them out on post it notes and taped them all over my apartment.

I would read them aloud as often as I could.

I felt each and every one of these Dalai Lama sayings and let their powerful message and meaning sink in deep. It’s all I had and I desperately needed the words of encouragement.
